The Weekend and Day 6 & 7

Days 4 or 5 were over the weekend, and let's just say it was a total wash. Monday was my recovery day, so today I was back with it. This morning I made it all the way through Day 1 on 30 Day Shred. Yeah! I also started the 2nd week of C25K tonight. After 30 minutes of intervals, I ran for 8 minutes straight. Right now I feel really good. We'll see how it goes tomorrow. Oh yeah, I have an interview tomorrow!
